These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed on ghgarimix.com operated by Xplain B.V., trading as GH Gari Mix, Hurksestraat 60, 5652 AL Eindhoven, the Netherlands. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Products & pricing
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We may adjust pricing and availability at any time before an order is confirmed. Product images are illustrative.
2. Orders & payment
A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, and Mastercard.
3. Delivery
We ship within 24 business hours from Eindhoven. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within the EU. Free shipping applies to Dutch orders over €25; otherwise a flat rate of €4.95 applies.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, unless the product has been opened for reasons of hygiene or food safety. Contact us to arrange a return.
5. Warranty
If a product arrives damaged or spoiled, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. For everything else our liability is capped at the value of your order.
7. Allergens
Please read the pack. Our products may contain traces of nuts, milk, and soy.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are handled by the courts of Oost-Brabant, without prejudice to your mandatory rights as an EU consumer.
