A little bit about Prince

Hi, I'm Prince Adjei Frimpong — a proud Ghanaian, a dad, and the person behind every pouch of GH Gari Mix. I grew up in Ghana on the breakfast that inspired this brand: warm bowls of gari shared around a busy kitchen table, with the scent of roasted cassava, milk and peanuts filling the whole house.

These days I call Eindhoven home, but that morning ritual never left me. When my own family started missing the taste of home — and I noticed friends across Europe asking where they could find the real thing — I knew it was time. GH Gari Mix is my love letter to Ghana, packed with the same ingredients my grandmother would recognise, made simple enough for the busiest weekday morning.

This is a small, family-run business built on one belief: nobody should have to travel thousands of miles to taste home. Every bag we send out is a little piece of our kitchen, shared with yours. Thank you for letting us be part of your breakfast. 🧡
